I have 38 years’ experience of which, over twenty are in training delivery, course development, leading teams of trainers and being responsible for the entire life cycle of learning and development. My prior experience is in teaching and successfully running entrepreneurial ventures in education and learning. With proven skills in setting up training teams and grooming, coaching and mentoring team members of varied backgrounds and skill levels. I am accomplished in improving learning skills and productivity, using innovative methods to facilitate learning and delivering customer delight. I have trained personnel in a wide range of organisations. I am a certified trainer with additional Training Certificates in Customer Service, Instructional Design, Assessing Competency, TriMetrix System and Belbin (Team Role) Over the years I have gained rich experience in training trainers, setting up training departments, creating SOPs for trainers/training departments, creating assessments. I have created content and delivered training sessions in the areas of: Behaviour, Communication Skills, Spoken English, Customer Service, Cultural Sensitisation, Personal Skills Process and Procedure
